Product Application

Floor preparation: For best results, start with a properly prepared floor by removing all of the old finish using Enviro Care Floor Stripper according to its directions. Rinse floor thoroughly to remove all residues and allow to dry.

Application: Do not apply product if flooring and/or ambient temperatures are less than 55°F (13°C).

• If not sealed, build an adequate base for ease of maintenance with the desired floor care system by applying three (3) thin coats
  of Enviro Care Novus. Allow adequate drying time between coats, typically 75°F (24°C) and 50% relative humidity requires an average of 45 minutes. Adjust drying times according to specific application conditions.
• For added depth of gloss and protection, burnish floor, apply an addi- tional one to two thin coats. If applying thick coats allow 24-48 hours dry time before applying additional coats.

Maintenance: Enviro Care Novus is an environmentally preferable zinc-free coating that may be attacked or dulled by harsh cleaners.
1. Damp mop or autoscrub using 1/2 oz per gallon/15 ml per 3.8 litres of Enviro Care Low Foam All Purpose Cleaner.
2. Recommend using aqua pad with burnishing machine, for gloss restoration.
3. Deep-scrub as required to maintain finish and gloss.
4. Daily dust mopping or sweeping to remove abrasive debris may impact appearance and increase maintenance.
